Hello and welcome to my newsletter of sorts a glimpse into my life *Shore to Shore* so lovely to be here with you. Spring time, a time for renewed energy and creativity which got me thinking and I have decided to give my newsletter a little rebrand of sorts still the same but different. I will be moving to one weekly post with recipes, stories and coastal inspiration for my paid community and my continued free monthly post with news and occasional recipe.
As ever I share my recipes, stories and style from Cornwall and beyond. *Shore to Shore* with seasonality, provenance and enjoying the simple things life has to offer at its heart. How I think and feel and what brings me joy. I hope to inspire you in your own kitchen from using new ingredients, making that list, thinking about how you cook, not making it a chore but something to look forward to whatever day. A place where everything is possible. You will have access to my full recipe archive, news and offers. It is so lovely to be here with you a community for new friends who may just be curious, a space where we just share time together away from the noise of our busy lives.
For Easter I did prepare the infused milk and cream, and served it with my vanilla cake (old family recipe), with the brown sugar (and maple syrup!). The orange/anis/vanilla aromas were just amazing! Thank you so much! I will use that technique again! Lise
