New Year's Eve supper for friends

Whether you are heading out or celebrating at home “HAPPY NEW YEAR” do you love or loathe it? Over the years I have always been working as NYE is always a busy night in hospitality. So there was always a hectic run up after from Christmas to through “Twixmas” and working up to the big night.

For me now it is a quieter affair and usually we opt for staying in and cooking for friends. As a home bird I love nothing more (just like at Christmas) than planning a menu, laying the table and foraging for decorations. Whatever you are doing grab a glaas of Champagne and feel the love.
