Hello to you and welcome to another very Spring like edition of *Shore to Shore* this week. I am in the Cayman Islands returning from my time here at the end of this week. I have certainly had a very busy fortnight here and slowly it all feels more familiar as I am getting to know the Island and people from visitors to the locals. I am learning so much it really is very exciting. 90,000 people live here which I found surprising but with that brings a buzz that is so rich culturally with the majority of tourists coming from the States. The food and drink scene is exciting with people as ever coming together around a table. The best kind of gathering
