Hello to you all my lovely subscribers! ☀️

Thank you for being here with me Shore to Shore, a place where we can just be together away from all the algorithms and noise. Pull up a chair at my kitchen table. Seasonality, provenance and enjoying the simple things life has to offer at its heart. How I think and feel and what brings me joy. I hope to inspire you in your own kitchen from using new ingredients, making that list, thinking about how you cook, not making it a chore but something to look forward to whatever day.

What I love this week:

PRINTED SHIRT WITH BOWS

My favourite find this week from Zara 🍅 + 🐟 V-neck shirt with short puff sleeves Flared hem. Front fastening with bows. I just love this cute blouse ☀️

Morning light

Summer is really announced by ingredients more than anything else. Suddenly everything becomes brighter and more fragrant. There is a particular softness to warm summer days that changes the rhythm of everything. I always find myself leaning into slower rituals, less structured, more instinctive and allowing the day to unfold gently rather than trying to direct it too much.

Summer mornings begin early before the heat settles in properly. Windows open wide in my house, all is still quiet apart from the wood pigeons quietly chatting, the morning breeze moves through the linen curtains. The first coffee of the day is never rushed, that first sip in my garden as the sun comes round is like a small luxury in itself. My bare feet on the cold stone with the warmth of the sun just beginning to reach your face.
