A busy week in my kitchens from my restaurant to home and I also appeared at the Rock Oyster Festival last weekend. All the fun of the fair, if you haven’t been make it a date for next year a really cool foodie festival. I had a fun Sunday which included a demo and a book signing. Always fabulous music, food and a first class line up of chefs and creatives. I loved meeting you all and it really was the best atmosphere.
