Happy weekend! Here I am again to bring you a “Recipe for the weekend” I am really enjoying the routine of this and I hope you are too. Today we are celebrate citrus in particular lemons. This posset is everything that a pudding should be creamy, sweet, sharp yet comforting. A simple and delicious recipe and perfect pudding to make with minimum ingredients needed. Lemons are a winter fruit but often associated with summer so make sure you use them as often as I do, totally one of my essential ingredients and they will always bring sunshine to a grey day.
