Happy Birthday "Home Shores" (my heart is full)
A very GOOD morning to you all and “Happy Birthday to Home Shores” my new cook book which is published today in the UK! (USA on 20/05) HOORAY!
For me the kitchen is a comforting place, where all things are possible and where everyone eventually comes together. The kitchen sees all the excitement of seeing family and friends of celebrating surprise birthdays and anniversaries, Sunday lunches, summer holidays and Christmas. Whether I am chopping, stirring, scraping the leftovers from the cake bowl, making meringues or melting chocolate, there is and always was something to do and feel part of a sense of belonging. Writing books and inspiring you to cook is everything to me!
THANK you for all your support, love and baring with me as I have talked and talked about it. I always dreamt of writing a cook book it was always my ambition and now to have my third one here is so exciting. I am looking forward to a seeing you on my book tour from Cornwall and beyond.
Thank you to my publishers Quadrille and all the team involved and especially to Kajal (Publishing Director) who has always believed in my writing and encouraged me to be myself. Thank you to all the independent booksellers, restaurants and festivals who are supporting my new book.
Never give up on a dream, dreams can come true 💭 ❤️ Publication day is here for Home Shores and I reflect on this wonderful journey so far. Thank you for being part of my newsletter Shore to Shore where I want to continue to build my wonderful community. A heart felt thank you to you all.
