What a week! It has been so exciting sharing with you my new book “Home Shores” which is now available to pre order. “100 Fish Recipes to Cook at Home” I hope to inspire you to cook and eat more fish and shellfish. I will be sharing more over the coming months as I look ahead to May 15th when it is published into the big wide world. Thank you so much for all your love and support.
This week I bring you all the feel good vibes from what ingredients make me feel good and why. A recipe that makes me feel nourished and happy. Island life continues as I find my routine here in the Caribbean. All about pops of colour and dressing for happiness. My clothes can completely change my mood and choosing well will make an outfit get better with age. I am embracing this in my 50th year coming up.
Living and working in different places is exciting. February is in sight and I can see my life in Bordeaux when I return in there in Spring. I am planning my book tour, events, festivals and signings which will be keeping me out of trouble. I will share with you all soon and where to find me in the coming months.
