HELLO to you my Substack community so lovely to be here with you all. I just wanted to thank you for being on my journey of foodie adventures from travelling, cooking, creating, being inspired.

My 3rd book is shaping up nicely and I cannot wait to share it with you all soon. Life is busy and is taking me back to the shores of the Caribbean which I will share more of you with as I continue heading the wonderful restaurant Calypso Grill Cayman.

I turn 50 next summer and I feel it is time to approach life with a little more abandon and joy and perhaps less worry, questioning and overthinking.

Writing to you on here is an absolute joy, I look forward to continuing on this journey with you.
