Recipe: Golden Syrup Banana Cake

A wonderfully quick and easy recipe. I will never tire of banana bread.

Ingredients

4 large ripe bananas
125g softened butter
250g self raising flour
200g caster sugar
3 medium eggs
4 tbsp golden syrup
