I hope you are all having a wonderful time whatever you are doing. Here is my recipe for the weekend the one and only Eggy bread a recipe that has always been part of my life as a child. Eggy bread or french toast similar but different the later tending to be the sweeter version, both equally delicious. A great recipe with the promise of Mother’s Day and perhaps a perfect breakfast treat for the one you love.
