Shore to Shore welcome to my Easter edition and all that brings. A very warm welcome to a flurry of new subscribers so happy you have found me. So lovely to meet you all.
Easter is such an nostalgic time of year for me, a time to reset, a time to regroup and be together after what feels like a long winter. My thoughts turn to recipes and styling my table as the holidays approach. Spring with birdsong, lighter days, bulbs, tulips, bowls of brightly foiled eggs and pastel colour linens. I have such fond memories of holidays to Cornwall full of beach days, sea swims and easter egg hunts.
This week is a paid subscriber edition and I bring you a simple menu for the approaching Easter break with recipes for you to follow to create delicious dishes at home whatever the season. I also share my Easter table with you and where I am buying my favourite homewares that bring joy and colour to my home.
LATE spring supper. I am delighted to be popping up in collaboration with the beautiful Glebe House in Devon on Wednesday 8th May. Together Hugo and I will be creating a 5-course menu that will capture the essence of spring and all that brings. Tickets are £65 pp. Book now via the Glebe House website. I look forward to seeing you there.
