I hope your week has been full of L O V E and good things. I am at my desk very early this morning I find I am most creative around 5am what is wonderful this morning I have been joined by a chorus of rather chirpy birdsong. Yes days are getting lighter and slowly nature is waking up from its long winter.
Something sweet for the weekend my easy chocolate pots which are so good. No faff, no fuss if you are in need of a chocolate fix.
In my style news I have some denim inspiration for you too. I love fashion nearly as much as I love food so here for you are some key items that you might just need in your wardrobe too. A block colour always feels good to me which allows you to accessorise or go for a strong colour on your lip or nails.

Chocolate pots with honey, amaretti and rose petals
Oh la la (chocolate hit) plus extra pouring cream (an egg free affair) deliciously simple.
Ingredients
250ml semi skimmed milk
250g dark chocolate (70%)
2tsp honey
1 vanilla pod
75g amaretti biscuits whole or crushed)
Dried rose petals
Method
In a heavy based pan melt the chocolate, milk and honey together. Add the vanilla pos seeds. Remove from the heat. Whisk mixture for 5 minutes and then pout into small glasses or a larger coupe. Top with amaretti biscuits whole or crushed. Decorate with rose petals.
