GOOD morning here it is ‘My Recipe for the Weekend’ Cauliflower, leeks n' cheese oh yes something so good to serve as an accompaniment or a stand out dish on its own.
Cornwall has felt dark and rainy this week so I have definitely been craving comfort food and for me one of my favourite comfort foods is a cheese sauce. There is something very nostalgic to me about cauliflower cheese and to give it a lift I have bought one of the most delicious alliums to the party the trusted leek.
