*Shore to Shore* hello and welcome to my Substack for another week. How are you? My month in the Caribbean is coming to an end as I head back to Cornwall for Christmas. I return to this dreamy island in January for 3 months as I continue my adventure with Calypso Grill. I have layers at the ready as I head east to colder climes. I love this time of year and I am so excited to see my children, Mark, family and friends.

With Christmas very much on my mind, time for a tartlet, a great recipe to have at the ready for the festive time ahead. My guest this week is my friend Karen Barnes who I am delighted to have as part of “Shore to Shore”, plus my favourite festive dresses you must know about and an early access offer on my beautiful Apron 🎄💛
