GOOD morning and welcome to you all. Saturday I hope you are enjoying your time however you are spending it. For me this time of year is not about denying things but simply being more mindful about routine, what I eat and how I feel. January is a quieter month and I would urge you to put some time aside for yourself. Again rush slowly and find your feet at your own pace. I still need the comfort of certain things at this time of year where ever I am. A piece of cake at teatime or a crumpet for breakfast. Find the moments.
I am in the Cayman Islands for another week and then I return to Cornwall. I have had a busy week developing dishes with my team here and the new website for Calypso Grill is almost ready to go live. Excited to show you more of what happens here on island and my adventures of bringing everything together in a different culture and place. Ex
