I hope you have all had a wonderful long Easter weekend! Welcome to my weekly edition of Shore to Shore a notebook of sorts into my life here by the sea in Cornwall and beyond. What a lovely weekend spent with my children and family. I think Easter could be the new Christmas. It felt so relaxed and happy with the clocks springing forward and daylight hours stretching out. A weekend full of good food, wine and company.
As this newsletter pings it way to you I am bound for London Heathrow and heading back to the Caribbean for two weeks to the Cayman Islands and Calypso Grill I am so excited to regroup with team after what has been a very busy high season (the opposite way round from ours here in Cornwall) I will share more of my days with you on my Instagram Stories and here with you next week. TODAY is another very special day in my world. Wishing my son Finn very a Happy 21st Birthday. I am so proud of you Finn and excited for you as you find your way on the stove with your love of cooking. Big love Ma x
