As I write to you I have just delivered my third cookbook manuscript to my publisher. All the emotions a sense of great achievement, relief and joy. I am really excited about my new book and I cannot wait to share more with you all. It will be published in May 2025 actual date TBC. In a week I head to London and shoot the photographs for my book which is so exciting as the whole process becomes a wonderful collaboration and brings my book to life.
